FEES AND ARRANGEMENT FOR PAYMENT

      Therapeutic Services      

• Individual: $150.00
• Couple      : $160.00
• Family      :  $170.00
• Brief Strategic Family therapy: $265 plus expenses
• FMLA or Short-Term Disability Evaluation (6 sessions minimum upon clinician approval) $150.00 per hour 

  Forensic:

  In court-related matters, Alamo Area Counseling is to obtain fees before the court date. Your anticipated court costs fees are due prior to my attending court unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

• Half Day Retainer $ 750  

•  Miscellaneous Services :

• Medical Records $50 per request

• Misc. Letters $150 per request

• Assessment & Screeners$150 per request 
  
  
  Insurance:

  Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it? and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
